Coucou, Dear Innovator 👨🎨👩🎨
Jussssst checking in… 👀👀
How’s it going with ya? How has life been treating you?
Taking a wild guess, given the state of things right now, your emotions and plans are pRoBabLy all over the place
Abi?
No lies have been detected here, shebi?
Right? 👀👀
Good!
Now, let’s see if the next few words can get through to you too….
Dear Innovator, where are your results and innovations that should have started rolling in by now? 🫴🫴 (yeah, don’t ignore the outstretched hand)
What happened to those lofty plans that you made at the beginning of the year, with dreamy 🥺 eyes? Hmm?
Where are the results from those lengthy brainstorming sessions that lasted a little longer than they should have? 👀👀
[**kindly insert today’s excuse here, cos we’ve heard it all 😏😏]
Best in coming up with ideas that never see the light of day—is this how you’re going to give up and let the elements beat you down? Just like that??
Ok oooo 🫣
Incase you haven’t noticed it yet, in EXACTLY 98 days from now, you’ll 🫵 be saying ‘Happy New Year!’ in 2025…
So, will you finally fulfill some of the promises you made to yourself, despite the conditions all around? 🤷🤷
If you think that it’s not enough time to still do something wonderful, here are a list of things that were also accomplished, discovered or finished in 98 days, to help put things into perspective:
It took Mark Zuckerberg and his team about 98 days from launching “The Facebook” on February 4, 2004 to reach around 90,000 registered users. In June of that same year, barely 4 months in, they raised their first venture capital in the form of $500,000 from an investor, Peter Thiel1
Ernest Hemingway’s popular book "The Old Man and the Sea" was started and completed within about eight weeks, by the end of July 1951.
SpaceX's Grasshopper, a test vehicle designed to demonstrate vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) capabilities, completed its first successful test flight on September 21, 2012. Initially, the vehicle conducted short hovering tests. Remarkably, within less than 98 days, Grasshopper progressed from these basic tests to a record-breaking flight on December 17, 2012, reaching an altitude equivalent to a 24-story building2
The construction of the foundation of the Eiffel Tower took exactly 100 days, from January 26, 1887, to April 30, 1887. The above-ground structure was completed within just over 2 years.
M-Pesa, the revolutionary mobile money transfer service, went live on March 6, 2007, and by June 2007, it had garnered over 1 million registered users.
Are you still limiting yourself? Do those people have two heads?
Soooo, what will you achieve before the year runs out, Dear Innovator?
Time is tickingggggg ⌛🕑⏰

In Oklahoma City, a police sergeant has used a body camera and an AI tool called Draft One to create incident reports more efficiently.
The AI, developed by Axon, which is known for its tasers and body cameras, processed audio from the body camera to generate a report in just eight seconds! 😍
The technology is built on the same generative AI model as ChatGPT. Axon plans to explore more applications of AI in policing but is cautious about potential pitfalls, including the accuracy of information in police reports and how this might affect judicial processes.
For now, the AI is being used for minor incident reports, with more complex cases being approached with caution.
