This milestone was celebrated with a surprise visit from Chowdeck's CEO, Femi Aluko, highlighting not just a business achievement but a testament to dedication and community support.

A member of the Consonance Community of Innovators, Monirates, recently announced a wow-zer milestone: they’ve hit ₦1 billion in cross-border transactions.
The company attributes this success to its user-friendly platform that streamlines international money transfers, tuition payments, and multi-currency wallet management, aiming to bridge the financial divide within the continent 😍

1) $69 Million Fund For DeepTech Projects
Just this week, the African Intellectual Property Organization (OAPI) together with the African Guarantee Fund (AGF) officially launched a $69 million innovation fund in Yaoundé, Cameroon.
It’s earmarked to back about 1,000 DeepTech project (AI, biotech, clean energy) across OAPI’s 17-member Francophone states over the next five years.
